Find out today if your family or friend is eligible
to take care of you and get paid through Medicaid
at Family Always First Home Care.
If you do not have Medicaid Health Insurance, we have other options available for you to choose from.
You'll get a home visit from a nurse to verify
your eligibility for the CDPAP program.
You'll also find out how many weekly hours of home
care you can get.
Once your CDPAP eligibility is confirmed, you'll choose a
caregiver. It can be one of your children, relatives, or
friends. We'll even come to your home to enroll you as a member in the
program.
You'll receive the care and services you need, and your
designated caregiver will receive payment and benefits for
the invaluable support they provide.
A child, relative or friend would be eligible to be a home caregiver. However, a legal spouse, parent caring for a child under 21 or designated representative would not be eligible
