How CDPAP Works
Step 1
Eligibility Check
You’ll get a home visit from a nurse to verify your eligibility for the CDPAP program.
You’ll also find out how many weekly hours of home care you can get.
Step 2
Caregiver Designation & Enrollment
Once your CDPAP eligibility is confirmed, you’ll choose a caregiver. It can be one of your children, relatives, or friends. We’ll even come to your home to enroll you as a member in the program.

Step 3
Receive Paid Home
Care Services
You’ll receive the care and services you need, and your designated caregiver will receive payment and benefits for the invaluable support they provide.
